Saturday, 2nd February 2019   LONG MYND WALK    9 miles  5 hrs   Grade 2
Start Time: 10:00am    Grid Ref: SO420953. This car park should be the nearest one to the hostel on the road between the hostel and Church Stretton just follow signs for Church Stretton and the car park is on the left. Nearest post code to it is SY9 5EL. doesn't look like that much space on google maps so car sharing advised for this one but is a free car park it is called the shooting box and has an info board saying this.
A splendid stroll over The Long Mynd starts with taking in the trig point at pole bank being the highest point on Long Mynd. We are then taking a path down to Minton and a lane across to Little Stretton, a drink in the Green Dragon Pub. Then a long gradual walk back up the hill to the starting point. Lunch required.
